Your Responsibilities:
- You will create innovative frontends for desktop and mobile devices (responsive)
- You will conduct user research for data-driven improvement of user experience
- You will be responsible for quality assurance by checking textual and graphical web content

What we expect from you:
- You have comprehensive know-how in HTML 5, CSS 3, and JavaScript
- You have very good knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- You are up-to-date with the latest trends and current web technologies
- You are characterized by a high degree of initiative and independence
- A structured way of working and a high understanding of quality
Your responsibilities:
- You will professionally and courteously support our Italian customers via phone, email, and chat
- You will independently and reliably process orders, returns, and complaints
- You will be responsible for translating texts and communication materials into Italian
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
